Description
Guar gum in powder, Asia origin. Ideal for the production of high quality gluten -free oven products. Nutritional values per 100 grams: 200 kcal, 80 g of carbohydrates (of which 80 g of fibers), 4-5 g of protein, 0 g of fat (of which 0 Gsuiri), 0 mg of sodium, 60-70 mg football, 800 mg of potassium, 4 mg of iron.
Ingredients
Guar gum in powder. It can contain traces of peanuts, sesame and other shell fruit.
Shelf life
Store the product in the cool, very closed, far from heat sources or direct sunlight and shelter from humidity. The product, if correctly preserved, has a 12 -month deadline.
Shipping
The waiting time between the insertion of the order and the shipment of the products is - on average - of 48h. Shipments are carried out throughout Italy - exclusively on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - via 24h express service (36/48h for the South and Islands).
