You ship everywhere in Italy?
Yes, we ship throughout Italy.
If your area is not available, it is probably because there is some logistical issue. Contact us for more information about it!
Shipped worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Some destinations are available by selecting them from the main menu, while for others direct contact is needed to check costs and availability. Contact us now for more information!
How much does shipping to Italy cost?
The shipping cost is €8.90. From €79.90 shipping is free.
How much does shipping cost to my country?
The shipping cost is shown at the Check-Out stage, once the complete destination address is entered. If a message appears warning you that shipping is not available, you are probably in an area that is not covered. But don't give up! In this case, write to us and we will see together if it is possible to find an alternative solution!
Do I have to pay customs to receive my order?
It depends on the destination country: within the EU, goods circulate freely and there are no customs duties to pay. For non-European countries, customs charges and any other import taxes will need to be paid. Check the necessary conditions for importation in your country BEFORE placing an order!
How long will it take to elaborate my order?
On average, orders are processed within 24/36 hours of receipt. During certain times of the year (holidays, etc.) or under particular conditions (high volume of orders due to promotions, discounts, or other reasons, etc.), processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will update you on the timing.
When are shipments made?
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday: orders received after 09:00 (Italian time) on Thursday are automatically scheduled for the following week.
How long does delivery take?
Shipments in Italy are all express with delivery in 24h for Northern/Central Italy, 36h for the South, and 48h for the Islands or particularly remote areas.
International shipments are delivered in about 7 working days.
Shipped cash on delivery?
No, we do not perform this type of shipping.
Can I track the shipment?
Yes, the assigned courier will send you the necessary information via email and/or SMS to be able to do so. If you do not receive anything within 24 hours after the order has been shipped, contact us!
Do the products travel at a controlled temperature?
No, the products are designed to be shipped at room temperature, properly packaged and packaged.
Can I collect the products on site?
Of course, just choose the collect option during check-out. You will be contacted by us to decide the date and time, also depending on your needs.

Angel Food is based in Valtellina, specifically in Delebio, a town in the province of Sondrio, in Lombardy.

What are the opening hours of Angel Food?
We are open from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Italian time). WARNING! The Laboratory is not open to the public!
Do you have a shop?
No, our laboratory is production only: we do not have products on display and it is not possible to purchase directly, but only to collect - by appointment - the products ordered previously.

What is Angel Mix?
Angel Mix is a concentrated powder additive, gluten-free, wheat-free, corn-free, soy-free, and 100% vegan. It is used for the preparation of all types of gluten-free sweet or savory doughs, both with margarine and butter.

Baker Mix is a concentrated powder additive, gluten-free, wheat-free, corn-free, soy-free, and 100% vegan. It is used for the preparation of gluten-free baked goods such as bread, focaccia, bagels, donuts, buns, brioche, etc., etc.
Do you also make gluten-free products?
We produce ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY gluten-free products.
Can the products received be returned?
No, as these are perishable food products. But in the unfortunate event something went wrong and you are not satisfied with what you received, contact us and we will do everything to try to resolve the situation, understand what the problem was and offer you a solution.
