Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout Italy and worldwide. If you are unable to complete your purchase in the online store, it is possible that your area - for one reason or another - is not yet served by our shipping service. Please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue together.

How much does shipping to Italy cost?

Shipping within Italy has a fixed cost of €8.90. For purchases of €79.90 or more, shipping within Italy is free.

How much does international shipping cost?

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, once you have entered your full delivery address. If a message appears indicating that shipping is unavailable, it is likely that you are in an area not covered. But don't be discouraged! In this case, please write to us and we will assess together whether an alternative solution can be found.

Do I have to pay customs duties to receive my order?

It depends on the destination country: within the European Union, goods circulate freely and no customs duties are payable. For non-European countries, however, any customs costs and other import taxes must be paid. We invite you to check the necessary import conditions for your country BEFORE placing an order! Customs duties and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged separately by the courier.

How long does it take to process my order?

On average, orders are processed within 24-36 hours of receipt. During certain times of the year (holidays, etc.) or under particular conditions (high volume of orders due to promotions, discounts, or other reasons, etc.), processing times may be longer. In such cases, we will provide you with updates on the timelines.

When are shipments made?

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday: orders received after 11:00 AM (Italian time) on Friday are automatically scheduled for the following week.

How long does delivery take?

All shipments within Italy are express, with delivery in 24 hours for Northern and Central Italy, 36 hours for Southern Italy, and 48 hours for Islands or particularly remote areas. International shipments are delivered in approximately 5 working days. PLEASE NOTE: for extra-European shipments, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as customs checks, awaiting payment of any customs duties for clearance, unforeseeable events such as adverse weather conditions, etc.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

No, we do not accept this type of payment.

Can I track the shipment?

Yes, the assigned courier will send you the necessary information via email and/or SMS to do so. If you don't receive anything within 24 hours of your order being shipped, please contact us!

Do the products travel at a controlled temperature?

No, the products are designed to be shipped at room temperature – even at very low temperatures in the case of air freight – correctly packaged and wrapped.

Can I pick up my order directly from Angel Food's premises?

Certainly, simply select the "pickup" option at checkout. We will then contact you to arrange the date and time, based on your availability.

What is Angel Food?

Angel Food is an artisanal food company that develops and markets concentrated powder additives for the production of gluten-free and wheat-free foods, aimed in particular at the professional channel.

Where are you located?

Angel Food is based in Valtellina, specifically in Delebio, a small town in the province of Sondrio, Lombardy. 100% Made in Italy!

What are Angel Food's opening hours?

We are open from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Italian time). PLEASE NOTE! The laboratory is not open to the public!

Do you have a store?

No, ours is a production-only laboratory: we do not have products on display and it is not possible to make purchases directly on site. However, it is possible to collect - by appointment only - products ordered in advance. PLEASE NOTE: the laboratory is not open to the public!

What is Angel Mix?

Angel Mix is a concentrated powdered additive, gluten-free, wheat-free, corn-free, xanthan gum-free, soy-free, and 100% vegan. It is used for preparing all types of gluten-free dough, sweet or savory, with either margarine or butter.

What is Baker Mix?

Baker Mix is a concentrated powdered additive, gluten-free, wheat-free, corn-free, soy-free, and 100% vegan. It is used for the preparation of gluten-free baked goods such as bread, focaccia, bagels, donuts, rolls, brioche, etc.

Do you only work with gluten-free products?

Yes, we work exclusively with gluten-free and wheat-free products and ingredients. No ingredients that could pose a risk of cross-contamination are present in our facility.

Is it possible to return purchased products?

Yes, you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be intact and in the exact same condition as you received it; in particular, the packaging must not have been opened, otherwise a refund will not be possible. All return and redelivery costs are entirely at the customer's expense, including any customs clearance costs that may apply. If something didn't go as expected and you are not satisfied with what you received, please contact us: we will do our best to understand the problem and find a suitable solution together.
