Description
Xantan gum powder, Asia origin. Ideal for the production of high quality gluten -free oven products. Nutritional values per 100 grams: 333 kcal, 77 g of carbohydrates (of which 77 g of fibers), 7 g of protein, 0 g of fat (of which 0 Gsa), 800 mg of sodium, 70 mg of calcium, 200 MG of potassium, 1 mg of iron.
Ingredients
Xantan gum powder. It can contain traces of peanuts, sesame and other shell fruit.
Shelf life
Store the product in a cool place, tightly closed, away from heat sources or direct sunlight and protected from moisture. The product, if properly stored, has a shelf life of 12 months.
Shipping
The waiting time between placing the order and shipping the products is - on average - 48 hours. Shipments are made throughout Italy - exclusively on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - via 24-hour Express Service (36/48 hours for the South and Islands).
