It is not for the industry. It is for you.
When we started designing our additives, we asked ourselves a simple but crucial question: who are we doing all this for?
It was never designed for mass food industries. Those that churn out tons of product every day, that use emulsifiers, preservatives, colorants, humectants, and an unspecified number of additives that guarantee standardization, shelf life, and “performance,” but at the cost of a label that tells nothing. Or, worse, tells something you wouldn't want to read. Those products, those processes, that industrial logic do not belong to us. They are not part of our vision. Our starting point is different. It is the hands of those who knead, the smell coming from the oven, the satisfied look of those who know exactly what they are giving to their customers. And why.
Our mixes are born for those who work with passion, every day, in their own workshop or kitchen. For those who carefully choose every ingredient. For those who want to offer something authentic and personal, without relying on prefab formulas dictated by a multinational. We don't want to standardize you. We want to give you the tools to express yourself. To do better what you already know how to do: create.
If you work in a bakery, in an artisanal pastry shop, if you have chosen to offer gluten-free products that have dignity, structure, identity – then you are probably the kind of person for whom Angel Mix and Baker Mix were designed. Because you can buy the ingredients with a careful eye also on the price. And this allows you not only to make excellent preparations but also to do so with real savings. Up to 50% less compared to using the usual industrial premixes. A huge difference, which directly reflects on your business margins, but also – and perhaps above all – on the quality of what you offer.
Those who use “industrial” premixes know very well that product is the same one their colleague 5 kilometers away is using. Same yield, same texture, same flavor. This is why we choose to be outside that logic. We don't want to give you a finished mix that takes away the pleasure of deciding. We want to give you a professional, precise, high-performing base – on which you can build your product. Not ours. Yours.
At the same time, we know there are also people who cook for themselves or their family. Who approached gluten-free cooking out of necessity, but with enthusiasm. And who look for simpler and faster solutions, but also good and healthy. Our approach was born right there, from those who cook at home. From those who want to understand, improve, explore. However, it is fair to say: those who buy ingredients retail, without access to wholesale prices, will hardly achieve real savings using our mixes. There will still be a great advantage in terms of results, ease, and control over the recipe. But the economic aspect, for those making small quantities, will be less relevant. And that's okay. Not everything is measured in euros. Even the freedom to know what's inside what you eat is a form of gain.
Finally, yes, even large industries could use our mixes. No one forbids them. But that's not where we imagine ourselves. Our products were not designed to be used in plants that work with huge volumes, automated rhythms, and logics that prioritize shelf-life above all else. We don't put emulsifiers, we don't use anti-staling agents, we don't add preservatives, colorants, or humectants. It's not a marketing choice. It's a principle. We know this partly limits our scalability, but we hold tight to our way of doing things. We know that craftsmanship, when true, is also a responsibility.
This is why our mixes are different. Not only for how they work – and they really do, as you know if you've tried them – but for the meaning they carry with them. We don't want you to sell a muffin. We want you to sell your muffin. We don't want you to display a product that can be found everywhere. We want you to be able to say: I made this myself, with my hands, my mind, and my idea of taste.
This is where our difference lies. And this is where we hope to meet you. Not in a supermarket, not in a warehouse. But in a real laboratory, where work is done with passion. Or in your home kitchen, when you decide that your time is worth enough to choose well.
We are here for this. Not for the industry. For you.
