INTRODUCTION

Angel Food was founded on the belief that gluten-free baking can achieve quality standards equal to, or even higher than, those of traditional baking and pastry-making.

The Company develops ingredients, blends, and technical solutions for food industry professionals, operating according to the principles of responsibility, transparency, innovation, and respect for people.

This Code of Ethics and Conduct defines the values and standards that govern the Company’s activities and the conduct of all individuals who collaborate with Angel Food.
