SHIPPING INFORMATION - ANGEL FOOD
1. Processing times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Processing times do not include weekends and public holidays.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier:
- Italy: 1-5 business days
- European Union: 3-7 business days
- Non-EU countries: 5-14 business days or more, depending on customs procedures
Delivery times are not guaranteed.
3. Carriers
Shipments are handled by selected express couriers (such as UPS, DHL, or equivalent), depending on the destination.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Any promotions or free shipping offers are clearly indicated on the website.
5. Customs duties and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- local VAT
- customs clearance fees
are fully borne by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
Failure to pay such charges may result in delays, blockage, or non-delivery of the parcel.
6. Risk of shipment
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the time the goods are handed over to the carrier responsible for shipment, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Incorrect address or failed delivery
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
In case of:
- incorrect address
- failed delivery
- uncollected parcel
any storage fees, return costs, or reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
8. Undelivered Shipments
Packages not delivered to the customer/recipient may:
- be returned to the sender
- be held at the carrier’s facility
- be destroyed for hygiene and safety reasons
In these cases, the policy regarding failed delivery and refused shipments applies.
9. Food Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, food products that have already been delivered to the customer/recipient cannot be returned under any circumstances.
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will offer a replacement or refund without requiring the return of the product. Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue.
